I believe engagement sessions should feel comfortable, not posed. I've been photographing couples for over a decade, and the feedback I hear most often is how natural and relaxed the experience felt. Even the guys who thought they'd hate it end up having a good time. That's exactly what I aim for! My goal is to help you relax and be yourselves, I'll give you things to do that feel natural—walking, talking, being close—so you're not just standing there wondering what to do with your hands ;) Most couples tell me they forget the camera is even there after the first few minutes.
