Gilbert Engagement Photographer | Elisheba & Ricky at the Four Silos

There’s something about golden hour in Gilbert that never gets old—and Elisheba and Ricky’s engagement session at The Four Silos was a perfect example of why.

From the moment we started shooting, it was clear these two are incredibly comfortable together. The kind of couple that laughs easily, leans in without thinking, and makes even quiet moments feel full. Elisheba’s smile deserves its own paragraph. It’s radiant, natural, and shows up effortlessly in every frame—especially when Ricky made her laugh (which was often). Their dynamic was playful without being forced and romantic without trying too hard. We moved between laughing, cuddling, and quiet in-between moments that felt straight out of a magazine editorial.

Their Engagement Session at the Four Silos

One of my favorite things about engagement sessions like this is how they tell a fuller story than just “pretty photos.” This session captured who Elisheba and Ricky are together—warm, connected, and genuinely joyful. The kind of love that feels steady and light all at once.

July sunsets in Arizona are unreal..despite the heat! That golden light hits differently in the summer, and it made everything—the silos, the trees, Elisheba and Ricky—look incredible. This is why I always push for sunset sessions. The light does half the work for you.

If you’re planning an engagement session in Arizona and want photos that feel natural, editorial, and deeply personal, this is exactly the kind of experience I aim to create every time.

Tips for Engagement Sessions

  • Golden Hour is Non-Negotiable: We shot at sunset in July, and that warm light made everything beautiful. Schedule your session around golden hour—you won't regret it.

  • Choose Locations with Character: The Four Silos have this clean, industrial look that works for so many different styles. Pick a spot that gives you options, not just one background.

  • Choose neutral outfits – Earth tones and soft textures photograph beautifully against the landscape and keep the focus on you.
